SHINEDOWN have been doing their part to help their fans and the whole world. They’ve already had merchandise released to raise money for Direct Relief, and now they’ve released a hopeful new single titled ‘Atlas Falls’.
The theme of ‘Atlas Falls’ was used on Shinedown’s merchandise line to raise money to help Direct Relief, who is aiming to help those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. The shirts were sold in a bundle with the track for those who made a purchase; with this new line, the band have raised over $300,000 for the organisation. Now they’re sharing the song with the whole entire world!
In response to the money raised, frontman Brent Smith has said: “The response to ‘Atlas Falls’ has been overwhelming, and Barry, Zach, Eric and I cannot say thank you enough to Shinedown Nation and everyone around the world that has supported Direct Relief during the COVID-19 response. The faith, the love, and the showing of humanity has just been incredible. ‘Atlas Falls’ is a reminder that we are at our best when we need each other, and the only way through this is together.“
Purchases of the shirts and the bundles can be made here, and check out ‘Atlas Falls’ below!
