1 – DECAY

FROM: LIVERPOOL | FOR FANS OF: CITIZEN, MUSKETS

“We’ve known the Decay boys for a few years now and we love both their music and them as people. They have their debut album dropping soon on Fox Records – definitely make sure you check it out.”

2 – LUKE RAINSFORD

FROM: BIRMINGHAM FOR FANS OF: AARON WEST & THE ROARING TWENTIES, SLAUGHTER BEACH, DOG

“We’ve pretty much grown up with Luke; we’re all from the Wolverhampton area and have played so many shows together over the years. He even played drums with us for a while! Luke has new music coming out next month too, so another one to keep your eyes open for.”

3 – WURLITZER

FROM: BIRMINGHAM | FOR FANS OF: PERSONAL BEST, QUEEN MOO

“Another Birmingham band, our mates in Wurlitzer. We fucking love those guys’ sound. We’ve never actually had the chance to play with them but we’re sure it’ll happen at some point. They just recently put out what we thing is one of their best songs, ‘What Colour Is Your Sky Today’. Give it a listen.”

4 – SPINN

FROM: LIVERPOOL | FOR FANS OF: TURNOVER, TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB

“We’ve been big fans of what Spinn have been doing for a while now. When they released their debut album last year we were on tour and we just listened to it religiously. We’ve never played with these boys but hopefully that’s something we can make happen at some point!”

5 – GENDER ROLES

FROM: BRIGHTON | FOR FANS OF: MILK TEETH, GREAT CYNICS

“Another band we haven’t had the chance to play with yet are Gender Roles. We heard about them through Ian Sadler, who recorded our previous three EP’s as well as Gender Roles’ debut album. Love that album! Stand-out tracks are ‘You Look Like Death’ and ‘Always’.”

6 – MEDLOCK

FROM: MANCHESTER | FOR FANS OF: BASEMENT, TITLE FIGHT

“We’ve played with this band a few times in Manchester; we always have a laugh with them and they’re super tight live. They give off real Basement/Title Fight vibes.”

7 – LIZZY FARRALL

FROM: CHESTER | FOR FANS OF: LIGHTS, THE 1975

“We’ve been mates with Lizzy for a while now too – we’ve watched each other grow over the past couple of years and she’s just gone from strength to strength. She just put out her debut album with Pure Noise and it’s sick.”

8 – STATIC DRESS

FROM: YORKSHIRE | FOR FANS OF: GLASSJAW, LETLIVE.

“High-energy, early 00’s rock. There’s something almost nostalgic about the band, even when hearing them for the first time. These boys have been touring hard over the past few months and it’s been so cool watching them grow.”

9 – PARTING GIFT

FROM: MANCHESTER | FOR FANS OF: HOLDING ABSENCE, CROOKS

“We’ve played with Parting Gift a few times over the past couple years, we love them all and we love their music. Go listen to their track ‘Without Sin’ right now if you haven’t already.”
