In the tough times of the music industry, 2000TREES FESTIVAL have made a new announcement for their upcoming festival!
Organisers have announced on social media and their official website that joining Jimmy Eat World in the headline spots are punk outfit AFI, and a special performance by Thrice. Thrice will be exclusively playing their 2005 record ‘Vheissu‘ in full onstage!
Other bands joining the line-up include the likes of Anti-Flag, Against The Current, Crossfaith, Black Peaks, and Avalanche Party.
Within the same post, organisers did discuss concerns with the coronavirus in recent times, but assured festival-goers that they’re “super hopeful” that the festival can continue in its July slot.
The statement reads: “Obviously we don’t have a crystal ball though, so we are looking into all available options and should the ban on gatherings continue for the next few months, we may have to look at moving 2000trees to later in the year. But again, as it stands, we sincerely hope this won’t be necessary.”
